• Day to day management of supplier contract, service & performance. • Supplier service analysis. • Supplier spend analysis, debt review & benefit tracking. • Manage procurement activities (negotiate new contract, variations etc.). • Building strong and effective relationships with suppliers. • Engaging with senior stakeholders. • Analysing supplier MI to identify and recommend efficiency savings. • Manage escalated complaints to resolution. • MI analysis & reporting within timescales. • Manage governance, audit & due diligence actions with suppliers.

I have learned new skills by gaining an understanding in why things are done the way they are and best practice procedures to develop my existing skills.

I am really enjoying the programme and learning CIPS knowledge that I can use in my role day to day.
