I rotate every 6 months to different engineering teams and work with senior engineers on projects they work on
I have learnt lots of new and valuable skills ranging from technical skills, speaking to non/technical people, managing time effectively etc.
Absolutely love it!! Always something useful and different to do and I feel like I am well looked after and challenged in a good way.
Very well , Tfl makes it very structured by rotating me every 6 months with goals and objectives to match for themselves and as well as my KSB's
