  • My role is to embed the Consumer Duty regulations into the bank and ensure that we are hitting the regulations successfully

  • Yes I have learnt so many skills across my apprenticeship - I have learnt skills such as data analysis within systems such as excel, furthermore i have learnt people skills such as stakeholder management

  • I enjoy my programme mainly. I enjoy the responsibilities and the work that i am able to get involved in.

  • My organisation is a global bank so is very structured.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. I have a study day each week in which i am able to complete all my studying with no pressure from my employer to perform work on those days.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive support from Kaplan in terms of ensuring that i am hitting each point of my apprencticeship this is in the form of calls every 4-6 weeks.

  • I feel like it helps me reflect on the work that i have completed in role however the majority of my learnings come from on the job learning

  • Yes, there are employee resource groups that I am able to join and also a lot of networking events
