My role involves working out in the field fixing. We get jobs from ANMC and also fix net refferals from service technicians. i interact with both other engineers and customers. My responsibilitys are ensuring that the network is working as it should be.
I am currently completing a QCF. I have developed my communications and logical thinking skills.
I love my job. I get on with all my team and my manager. I enjoy coming into work every day.
Yes i feel extremely valued.
The programme is very well structured. I have had an induction and have regular study days. I understand my team hierarchy and the task delegation is fair.
I have regular study days. My manager is more than happy to help me with any requests that i have.
I get lots of support over my manager, I have a designated mentor that i work with daily.
WE are very well paid as apprentices, Travel costsa are paid for and i work locally to where i live.
yes, there are always charity events that we take part in.
