As a health care assistant and working in a dementia unit, We provide the best of care for our residents with respect, dignity and privacy.

The Apprenticeships I have taken which was Lead Adult Care in Social Care Setting given me a lot of knowledge, skills and opportunity to improve more how to be involved or engaged with passionate towards our residents, ways of communications, adaptations and dedications how we will be able to support our residents with their daily lives whom in needs of best of care, trust and compassion.

I have enjoyed this programme very much as it gains me a lot of knowledge and opportunities.

My Company supported me all the way till I have finished this course. They’ve given me enough time to do all the Modules and all the supports I need for me to be able to accomplished this course.

My Training provider given me a lot of supports, resources, math and English tutor. My Assesor who supported me when i need Assistance to my Modules .

This Level 3 qualifications helps to become more efficient and confidents. It helps me to perform my job role with more knowledge skills and patience.

Yes there are many extra curricular activities we have at work. I am one of the Coaches in Manual Handling that helps me more to speak in front of other people. Helping other colleagues to gain more knowledge handling our residents with care, respect and dignity.
