Uni course is structured well, we are given the programme structure, there are regular meetings between my line manager and uni. there are regular meetings between my line manager and apprentice advisor. I am not aware of the communication between the uni and between apprentice advisors.
I receive the required support from my line manager, If I have a query I will direct it there first. I am also able to ask for help from my apprentice advisor for things in work and outside of work also
Time is allowed to be allocated towards completing uni assignments, also allowed to share ideas and ask for feedback on an assignment if required between my line manager
The content I am learning is directly applicable to my role but also ongoing topics within the workplace, I am able to directly apply and can understand the theory more appropriately
I know of many events that occur, I am not a part of these, but there are sport activities, and there are regular activities which will happen in departments - meals etc.

There is a lot of variety in the work to do, varying from business, to manufacturing, engineering, finance etc. It is a company that can provide a lot of opportunities, there is also a positive culture.
To develop your understanding of the brand, - what its values are and who the brand is targeting its customers to. Research the news for anything that relates to the industry which we operate in, and any other topics that may impact business.
