My job involves working in a busy kitchen doing many jobs such as cook plating up and doing starters
I have learnt more about food safety, the different legislations and rules, I've also learnt about stock control and deliveries
I enjoy learning new things with my lifetime team member
It is very well structured and organised for my needs, I need different adjustments to support me which is in place
I recieve some support from my employer, he prompts me to do my training. But I could do with a bit more support at times.
I receive lots of support from my coach, she does one to one sessions and breaks down things I dont understand for me
Certain things help me like the things I have learnt about communication has helped me to communicate better when im at work
None that I know of other than we do charity things for gosh
No
I dont think the payscale is right for the different positions
As it hospitality you will likely be working long hours but if you have a good team then the days can be good
