To a great extent, because it offers a unique blend of hands-on experience and learning. Being able to apply what I learn in real-world settings makes the knowledge stick better.
The programme is quite well-organised. There's a clear structure in place, combining both on the job training and virtual learning. We have set schedules, regular check-ins with mentors, and clear goals to work towards.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer. They provide guidance through regular feedback, mentorship, and are always approachable when I have questions or need help.
I receive strong support, they're always available to help with assignments, providing feedback, and explaining things clearly when I need extra support. They also check in regularly to track my progress and make sure I'm staying on top of everything.
I gives me a solid foundation of knowledge and skills that i can directly apply in the workplace. It helps me understand the 'why' behind what I do. As I progress through the programme, I notice improvements in how I approach tasks, solve problems, and communicate with colleagues.
