    • This role involves being put onto multiple projects throughout the apprenticeship to experience different roles and team. This is while studying at DMU to gain a BSc (Hons) in Digital and Technology Solutions

    • Yes, the company extensively supports you in professional development. I have learnt AWS Cloud, AI, Azure, and Power Platform fundamentals

    • Very much. It is an excellent opportunity to gain a mix of practical and theoretical work. You get to meet loads of different people and have tons of opportunity to network

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • It took a while for my cohort to find their first project but aside form that quite well. We have good events on a regular basis to keep in touch with the other apprentices

    • As much as I need. That's all I have to say

    • All the support. The company even sponsors any qualifications you would like to undertake

    • Very much because you can choose the qualifications you want to take so they will only help you in your day-to-day role

    • There are countless opportunities. IBM has many practices and communities that anyone can get involved in. They also have events anyone can join nearly every day.
