Absolutely, I went from almost zero knowledge on Network engineering to feeling comfortable in my day to day tasks. My skills will only continue to develop
I love my programme. There is help and support whenever I need it. My colleagues, mentors and manger are all amazing and all want the best for me. No complaints at all!
There is quite a lot of freedom in this programme. The opportunities for development are all available to you, you just have to take them. If you are proactive then the structure works great.
There are so many levels of support available. I have never felt unsupported in any aspect

I am the Programme Experience Rep on the Early careers committee and get involved in as many of the social events as I can. These events ran by the ECC have been so much fun and amazing for networking and building connections
Yes
Vodafone has been an amazing experience and opportunity for myself and many colleagues. The support, the freedom, the responsibility and the benefits make Vodafone the perfect introduction to corporate life. I can't recommend it enough
Make sure you are applying for the right reasons. Do your research and pick something you can see yourself enjoying. First impressions are crucial, but more importantly... be yourself
