  • I've developed technical skills in machine learning, coding, and cloud computing, refining problem-solving abilities. On the life-skills side, I've improved understanding of corporate dynamics, leadership, and emotional intelligence, helping with team interactions, productivity, and conflict resolution. This combination enhances my support in both technical and personal growth areas.

  • I truly enjoy my programme! My line manager is supportive and provides valuable guidance, promoting growth. My project manager is organised, motivating, and efficient, keeping the team focused and positive. Their leadership styles create a productive and collaborative environment, making the experience both enjoyable and rewarding.

  • I receive excellent support from my employer, especially from my current line manager. He’s incredibly supportive, always offering guidance and constructive feedback. He ensures I have the resources I need and provides valuable advice to help me navigate challenges. His approach fosters growth and confidence in my work.

  • I receive strong support from my training provider when working towards my qualifications. They offer clear guidance, regular check-ins, and access to resources that help me stay on track. If I ever face challenges, they are responsive and provide assistance, ensuring I have the support needed to succeed.

  • The qualification through my training provider certainly helps in many aspects, but its impact depends on the specific role within the project. If the role is directly related to software engineering, the qualification enhances my skills and knowledge significantly. However, for roles outside of software engineering, the benefit may not be as direct.

It’s a great way to bond with colleagues, develop new skills, and expand your professional network outside of daily tasks.
