MY ROLE AT VIRGIN INVOLVES GOING TO CUSTOMERS HOUSES AND FIXING THERE EQUIPMENT. ENSURING EVERYTHING IS WORKING AGAIN.
I HAVE DEVELOPED MY CONFIDENCE ASNTHE JOB IS FRONT FACING WITH MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE. I ALSO BELIEVE I AM MORE EFFICENT AND ORGANISED NOW.
I ENJOY IT ALOT. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE SUN IS OUT. I LIKE THE TRUST WE ARE GIVEN.
VERY VALUED. FROM THE VERY BEGINNING THEY MADE US FEEL WELCOME. AND WE ARE ALWAYS BEING REWARDED FOR HARD WORK.
PRETTY WELL ORGANISED. THE OCCASIONAL BLIP BUT THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED.
AS MUCH AS WE INDIVUDUALY NEED. THEY ARE ONLY A PHONE CALL AWAY IF WE NEED SUPPORT AT ALL TIMES.
AGAIN THE SAME AS BEFORE AS MUCH AS WE NEED. VERY GOOD AT SUPPORTING US.
VERY WELL. THE PAY FOR AN APPRENTICESHIP IS BRILLIANT. MORE THAN ENOUGH.
YES THEY LIKE TO GET US INVOLVED IN CHARITY DAYS. ALSO BOOK ALOT OF TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES
