  • MY ROLE AT VIRGIN INVOLVES GOING TO CUSTOMERS HOUSES AND FIXING THERE EQUIPMENT. ENSURING EVERYTHING IS WORKING AGAIN.

  • I HAVE DEVELOPED MY CONFIDENCE ASNTHE JOB IS FRONT FACING WITH MANY DIFFERENT PEOPLE. I ALSO BELIEVE I AM MORE EFFICENT AND ORGANISED NOW.

  • I ENJOY IT ALOT. ESPECIALLY WHEN THE SUN IS OUT. I LIKE THE TRUST WE ARE GIVEN.

  • VERY VALUED. FROM THE VERY BEGINNING THEY MADE US FEEL WELCOME. AND WE ARE ALWAYS BEING REWARDED FOR HARD WORK.

  • PRETTY WELL ORGANISED. THE OCCASIONAL BLIP BUT THAT IS TO BE EXPECTED.

  • AS MUCH AS WE INDIVUDUALY NEED. THEY ARE ONLY A PHONE CALL AWAY IF WE NEED SUPPORT AT ALL TIMES.

  • AGAIN THE SAME AS BEFORE AS MUCH AS WE NEED. VERY GOOD AT SUPPORTING US.

  • VERY WELL. THE PAY FOR AN APPRENTICESHIP IS BRILLIANT. MORE THAN ENOUGH.

  • YES THEY LIKE TO GET US INVOLVED IN CHARITY DAYS. ALSO BOOK ALOT OF TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES

  • BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN A LOT HAPPIER SINCE WORKING AT VIRGIN MEDIA. I RECIEVE A LOT OF PERKS ASWEL.
