My Role involves Speaking to customers on the needs they want with working with the business. This includes speaking to suppliers and getting them to help us on creating a PRIMO for the business that we are trying to work with. This includes PRIMO, CAD, Speaking to external people and driving up and down the country to different sites and grasping at any opportunities
I have developed the skiils of being able to speak confidently to people I have never spoken to before
I do enjoy what I am doing, however specifically in my department, I don't get much help from my line manager or manager and there isn't much of a structure of what I am supposed to be doing from day to day
The Program itself is interesting however there isnt much structure with what I am supposed to be doing from day to day
I receive a little bit of support from my employer, but this is only when I have asked for the help as they give me something and then just leave me to go and do it for weeks
I receive a bit of training but this is only the case when I am asking for it
It helps me to understand the things I have to do in the role better and it helps with expanding my knowledge
I have already been involved in a 5 aside football tournament for people working at CEVA and many people try to do ore things outside of work
