  • I am currently working as administrative support whilst getting involved in operations and projects to support my development and experience within the supply chain environment.

  • I am in my first year of the apprenticeship and have learnt the value of social networking and communication

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying my experience at the moment. It has taken me out of my comfort zone and challenged me in new and exciting ways.

  • I would say there is a structure to the modules from the university perspective but the company is lacking structure or support in relation to portfolio evidence

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have received support from various people from HR, apprenticeship experts, and site managers where possible

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Aston university provides great support in relation to the modules but we have received no guidance or examples in relation to portfolio evidence which is a requirement of the apprenticeship. This has been difficult to navigate

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel this has developed my knowledge of the processes and considerations required for a successful supply chain business. I would not have advanced my knowledge or skills without this experience

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • CEVA Logistics are highly invested in CSR relations, getting all employees involved in activities on a regular basis to improve the working environment.

  • Yes

  • I would recommend CEVA as I believe with the right network of people the company supports independent development and individual motivations


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to CEVA Logistics?
  • I would suggest as much social networking as possible. This would open doors for future development and provide flexibility to achieve individual aspirations
