In my role I will serve any customer who walks through the door and also on the phone, I will book holidays, take payments, check customers in for their flight, add any extras on and answer any general queries.
I have learnt about the travel industry and key facts about destinations, I have also developed my social skills and my customer service.
I enjoy the programme however sometimes I get overwhelmed with balancing my job aswell as the work I need to do for my apprenticeship which includes doing both my assignments and my timelog.
I think the programme is well organised
My employer gives me lots of support and motivates me to keep going with my work.
I get good support to achieve my qualifications
we have training events but these are mandatory
Yes
