First 3 days of my shift are typical L&D activities. Last day of my shift is fully booked for apprenticeship studies: assignments, that determine my schedule for next week: self-reflect activities / research / activities with members of my team or outside of my team.
Self-awareness Active listening Resilience
It is a challenge to balance the hours and tasks, but I love learning new things, and I love learning new simpler ways to complete tasks. Overall, the program is very enjoyable.
I'm very happy with how the program is structured. I'm particularly happy with the fact that structure is changing depending on our feedback, meaning our opinion is valued, and the apprenticeship is adding value to our knowledge, in a professional and engaging way.
Everyone is extremely accommodating, and whenever I have tasks that would send me to other members in the organisation, they are always happy to support. Similarly, knowing that I have protected time for my apprenticeship, they are refraining from interfering with this, allowing me to complete the assigned tasks.
Coach is very experienced, and able to answer any questions I might have.
It definitely helps me become a better trainer, first of all by improving my self-awareness and resilience.

The opportunities, the culture that Amazon promotes, the care that the company has for it's customers and employees, it's not something that you would normally find anywhere else.
Don’t underestimate yourself. Trust your skills. Stand by what you believe.
