  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I'm very happy with how the program is structured. I'm particularly happy with the fact that structure is changing depending on our feedback, meaning our opinion is valued, and the apprenticeship is adding value to our knowledge, in a professional and engaging way.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Everyone is extremely accommodating, and whenever I have tasks that would send me to other members in the organisation, they are always happy to support. Similarly, knowing that I have protected time for my apprenticeship, they are refraining from interfering with this, allowing me to complete the assigned tasks.
