Greeting customer and serving food and drink and making sure we give great service
New skills are better communication and working the bar correctly and confidently
I like that its not too full on and intense
Its great but I would like it all in one place
Quite a bit of support and they help if I struggle with my apprenticeship
I can always reach out when I am struggling and the academy days are helpful
I think they link quite close and it prepares me for the next steps and covers leadership and management styles
