Using data to make decisions; working with both internal and external stakeholders; risk management techniques; leadership and accountability skills
Lots! This role has allowed me to put my previous prior learning and critical thinking skills into action.
Very. Receiving a plan for the programme and results throughout really helped to plot my progress.
Lots. I had my own mentor allocated to me who would help me with academic work; off the job learning; general time management; bridging the gap between Uni and my day job.
A good amount. If I had a question then the Uni were generally receptive and tried to help. However, I didn't require them too much.
Wider business understanding allows for bigger picture thinking. Critical thinking skills also allows me to question processes and why we do things. Furthermore, the qualification has prepared me well for internal development programmes at First Response through understanding how I learn best.
I attend networking recruitment events at colleges to help find future degree apprentices for First Response.
