Performance Leader - my role is a direct line manager to a team and keeping roadside patrols doing the best for customers alongside performance management and working alongside the team on the road.

Management skills have developed over the years as well as how I present myself

Looking at theories behind decision making and adapting to new ways of working.

100% supported by my line manager and time given to carry out learning.

Tutor was on hand and had no issues.
