    • To provide care and cater to children’s individual needs, giving them experiences and teaching them life skills

    • I have learnt to be more confident, doing more activities and things that are out of my comfort zone such as being observed in my apprentice. I can work individually and as a team. Patience. Good communication skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I enjoy meeting all the children and learning all of their little unique personalities. I enjoy doing activities with them, especially when they learn and rehearsing and retrieving it so I know they understand.

    • Very organised and structured!

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Lots of support. If I need anything, I can ask and they will do their best to help. I get time out of the rooms to do calls with my tutor etc.

    • Lots. I have calls and observations so that I can review my progress and I can book onto courses if I need help

    • I can reflect on my practice and understand what I can do better. I also understand what I am already doing good to develop it or carry it on. I can learn more by research also
