  • My role as a line Chef is to complete preps for various sections for the day, then I make dishes for our customers throughout service.

  • Yes, I've gained more experience on all sections and I'm more knowledgeable about the operations of the restaurant.

  • I love this programme, I enjoy doing my modules and components because it is helps me with my work and the legislation surrounding this industry. I love the Masterclass because it is very fun learning how to create new dishes.

  • Everything is accessible, I have a coach that I can contact very easily if there is anything I don't understand. Masterchefs who answers questions regarding the training. And managers who also supports my learning.

  • My Head Chef and Senior sous chef are very supportive. My questions are always welcomed. Very motivational.

  • My learning coach is very supportive with my studies. He replies very often and also marks my work within great time. I appreciate his dedication to his role.

  • I have learnt so much doing this course so far. I am much more confident in applying my knowledge whilst on the job.
