i am a shift manager who is 4 direct reports and a further 63 people under them.
i have learnt how i can become a better manager and a better leader.
i really enjoy this type of learning. i seem to be able to learn while doing the job i love
i plan my own time when i study. i only have to plan 6 hours a week within in work where i can complete the training
my employer allows me to take time away from my day to day job to get the training complete
i can contact my training provider at any time and they come back to me very quickly with the help i need
the training i am learning will benefit not only me but my company as i become a better leader for the future
we have created a work group chat where all other people around the country who are on the course can sit and chat

it a great company and the jobs are endless. so many different areas you can work in
keep an open mind as the company is bigger and better than you think
