Designing Technology Solutions to support business capabilities in Finance, HR, Procurement and Commercial Back Office Business Functions
Yes, understanding the difference between coaching and other types of mentoring/directive feedback to colleagues and peers
I was really enjoying it, but unfortunately have had to pause my programme due to current level of workload in my role
The programme itself felt really well structured and organised
My line management have been really supportive, but unfortunately the workload I need to be involved in did not allow me to continue with the programme, so I have paused it. I feel Royal Mail need to be clearer on defining the off the job hours and the work allocation to support those hours
The support from Babington was great. Regular sessions with the learning co-ordinator, regular communication to support independent learning around the course.
I hope when I come off a pause, the learning and practical experience will allow me to grow in a coaching role within the position I hold in our organisation.
Occasional social activities after work related events. Professional Networking for some groups is available, although feels like this needs to be something we develop across a lot more areas
No
Uncertainty with the current takeover. Level of workload not being addressed. Not enough time to focus on self development and wellbeing
Be really clear about the role you are expected to perform, and what opportunities will you have in your role to self-develop and build a career
