  • Yes, understanding the difference between coaching and other types of mentoring/directive feedback to colleagues and peers

  • I was really enjoying it, but unfortunately have had to pause my programme due to current level of workload in my role

  • The programme itself felt really well structured and organised

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My line management have been really supportive, but unfortunately the workload I need to be involved in did not allow me to continue with the programme, so I have paused it. I feel Royal Mail need to be clearer on defining the off the job hours and the work allocation to support those hours

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support from Babington was great. Regular sessions with the learning co-ordinator, regular communication to support independent learning around the course.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I hope when I come off a pause, the learning and practical experience will allow me to grow in a coaching role within the position I hold in our organisation.

  • Occasional social activities after work related events. Professional Networking for some groups is available, although feels like this needs to be something we develop across a lot more areas

  • No

  • Uncertainty with the current takeover. Level of workload not being addressed. Not enough time to focus on self development and wellbeing

  • Be really clear about the role you are expected to perform, and what opportunities will you have in your role to self-develop and build a career
