Yes lots of in house trying, I take on training in my own time. Completed my NVQ level 2 now working through NVQ level3
Enjoy the challenge and developing new skills. I feel I have to Complete my NVQ level 3 in my own time as no time allocated when Iam working to do my NVQ and we are just so busy
Structured well now I have got used to the stem portal I found it tricky to use at first and some of it still trips me up a bit - it’s not really clear how/what format you want the answers in.
My employer although they signed me up for it have not allocated any time off floor at work to complete my NVQ. I have tried but it just has never happened. Our days are so busy at work and so much is expected, I have resigned myself to completing the NVQ in my own time unpaid at. Home
Training provider and my tutor are all good
