New skills, I learnt how to drive 12 meters long vehicle, learnt to manouvre it in tight spaces

A lot of support, there's always someone to answer my questions

Training and real life experience are usually not in sync but there's a lot of information I use when I am working

They are the best provider. They keep you in the loop with everything you need to know. When you need someone to ask a question, there's always someone available. Staff are very nice and patient

Be prepared to give your time, yu must be a teachable person otherwise you don't get anywhere if you don't listen, or argue or justify mistakes. Admit when you wrong, be prepared to be corrected
