    • A lot of new skills developed - General IT Skills, hardware skills, Microsoft Azure knowledge, and I have also developed a lot of knowledge about networking, firewalls, and a lot of other things

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Well organised, easy to follow and also to learn and develop new skills. Makes the process a lot more simple.

    • I receive a lot of support from my employer. Whether it is with day-to-day work or something in regards to my apprenticeship, there is always somebody that can help out.

    • Reasonable amount of support from the training provider with completing projects and coursework.

    • Some aspects are useful such as networking, virtual services, etc as I use these in my job day to day, however some aspects covered are things that I do not do myself.
