A lot of new skills developed - General IT Skills, hardware skills, Microsoft Azure knowledge, and I have also developed a lot of knowledge about networking, firewalls, and a lot of other things
Well organised, easy to follow and also to learn and develop new skills. Makes the process a lot more simple.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. Whether it is with day-to-day work or something in regards to my apprenticeship, there is always somebody that can help out.
Reasonable amount of support from the training provider with completing projects and coursework.
Some aspects are useful such as networking, virtual services, etc as I use these in my job day to day, however some aspects covered are things that I do not do myself.
