  • Responsible for line management of 30+ delivery drivers including workload, attendance, conduct and health and safety. Working to achieve KPIs and budget, managing quality of service and costs.

  • The course has enabled me to do a lot of self reflection on my own management style and approach. I have also studied a lot of leadership theory and how I can coach and develop my team. This has allowed me to develop skills and also learn some new skills.

  • I am thoroughly enjoying the learning.

  • I feel it is very well organised and structure with great support from my PDE.

  • My line manager is invested in my learning and supportive.

  • He has been a great support for me.

  • I think this training is perfect for me in my role and was why i chose to do this particular course.

  • Some professional working events but not many i get involved with.
