1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I perform bespoke analysis on various pipeline elements from inception to our network, processing, movement and delivery. I build dashboards / reports from our front line and business partnering colleagues to use. I work with 3rd party suppliers to build more strategical outputs

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes. Having never worked with Python, SQL an Power BI I found these really interesting.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is very good, particularly the live sessions. I do think that a lot of the pre-learning material that is used by QA is not good and could be improved. for instance video's talking about things that aren't on screen.

Contact with them has been great up to this point.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My manager has already commented seeing a difference in how I approach new builds. The course is helping push me out my comfort zone making the builds smarter and a better final product.

Lots of things have changed in the company over the last few years making it a less attractive workplace.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Royal Mail?

Be able to do something that no one else can and ensure you network well.
