Yes, learning new systems and techniques for better understanding of my role
Very intense and very enjoyable
Very well organised, the learning and programmes have a good flow to them. However there can be a lot to learn and any delay to working in a programme can make a lot needed to catch up on
Lots, my employer has been good to try to give me the release i need to do the studying. Also given me access to programmes not normally used in the business.
Lots of support from my Trainer - she has given advice and encouragement. lots of additional resource to go into, provided by the learner, just wished i had the time to do so
lots of good data programmes and suggestions on how to get the most from what i can do.
There are some in the business but i work remotely from a lot of my team so this can be an area to improve upon.
