Leading a team of 15-20 customer service advisors to achieve world class customer outcomes. Regularly focusing on continuous improvement, making effective business decisions and delivering on the companies blueprint and values.
Yes - I have learnt a lot in relation to the theory side of leading people. Learning about models and theories that often I apply day to day without even realizing.

Very well structured we have regular monthly sessions and we often agree multiple visits as soon as possible, I am clear of what our aims and objectives are each session
Employer is more than happy to provide me the time to complete my course. I am confident my employers knows the importance of this course to me and how this will benefit the business for the future.
My training provider gives me all the support I need and ensures my needs and wants are met throughout the course, my training provider is aware of my learning style and adapts where possible
I believe my qualification will help support my current role and get me prepared ready for my future, I am excited to put into practice more of my qualification into practice, as time goes on
Charity events are often taking place throughout the year, we also have site wide team briefs which are great for networking

it has allowed me to develop a career and a life I am happy with, I feel engaged in my work and I have an abundance of opportunities to develop myself and carve out a long lasting career here. The AA is a fantastic employer.
