Yes, working with HIT I have conducted invigilation for an exam, but also become much more fluent with the modern apprenticeship process.
It was ok, I felt that the communication between myself and HIT fell down after a while just due to conflicting work calendars but overall was kept in the loop.
Very well organised, albeit a bit of a slow start at the begining. We really gathered momentum at the mid point. I will say though, that I felt the slow start could offput a lot of apprentices, as by that point a lot of their initial enthusiasm will have disappated.
Plenty, but not a whole lot was needed in most situations.
Fairly regular contact, the HIT trainer quickly realised the limitations of the apprentice and adapted their approach to the specific individual which was impressive.
Training and developing people has always made me feel a sense of pride - it is good to see people develop and learn.
