This includes gaining the data for the morning meetings we have in departments. I am in control of approvals and the stamp procedure which identifies traceability throughout operations. I also help manage internal rejections at Lisi, this involves raising them and figuring out the root cause.
Most of the skills I have learnt is as a result of my apprenticeship: - communication - problem solving - adapting to different work environments
I enjoy my programme highly, it is flexible and provides me enough time to complete assigned tasks and assignments. It is specific to my job role and organisation as it is adaptive across all services.
