  • As a Risk Data Analyst, I analyse data from payments to audit outcomes, identifying trends and anomalies. Day-to-day, I support audits, ensure data accuracy, and help teams stay accountable by providing insights that inform risk mitigation and business decisions.

  • Yes, I’ve enhanced my skills in building data models across various languages and improved my ability to create dashboards. These dashboards turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that support better business decisions and risk management.

  • It was both interesting and insightful. I enjoyed both the practical and theory elements of the course.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was very well organised on the Vertu side, plenty of help and support from management. Bud however had a change of programme tutors half way through that led to a few issues.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As much as I needed, I had frequent check-ins with the Talent Co-ordinator. And when I need help they quickly provided the support necessary.

  • At the beginning plenty. However, after they switched my course tutor they were slow to respond, to any issues I'd raise.

  • The course taught me a lot of skills I have applied to my work. It has made me more efficient and effective at my role.

  • Plenty, there is always an event to look forward to, whether it was departmental, or company wide.
