    • you learn under a supervisor how to paint. mainly commercial work, offices, schools, council houses

    • i had never picked a brush up before and had no idea how to do anything. i've improved my height work a lot as well.

    • it's a good programme with good training

    • can be quite disorganised at times

    • the management are very supportive, we've got people that help with all issues, work and personal

    • college are very supportive, helpful and there if you need them

    • very well, i had no idea what i was doing at the start so this has really helped
