I am a level 3 business administrator and I work in warranty in particular. I submit and deal with warranty claims and process these, i also deal and manage the payments

I have learnt new technological skills such as the use of different operating systems I have built communication skills via regular meetings and presentations in my work I have built enhanced creative thinking skills, working my mind to a complex level

I really enjoy my program as i have a keen interest in the automotive industry

I receive any support which i require from my employer as well as my team leader

I receive a lot of support when i ask for help or ask relevant questions
