I manage a number of BAU processes as well as up to 10 different projects across the devices business.
I've learned so much over my time at Amazon so far, including communication, managing large scape projects, reporting to senior leaders (Director and above), and complex risk management across our key projects.
I really enjoy the program, I'm able to balance work with study well.
It's well structured, with 1 day a week for study, and then 4 days working. We take 2 day masterclasses once a month, which give us a face to face learning experience and enable us to meet industry experts.
I get lots of support from Amazon. My immediate team are very supportive, and so are stakeholders I work with across the business.
We get lots of support, with regular 1-1 and drop in sessions, as well as weekly webinars alongside the face to face learning we receive monthly. Our lecturing team are always there to support when we need.
By gaining the theoretical experience, I'm able to apply this to my day job, bringing that learning element into the industry and it enables me to have a concrete understanding on how to manage projects in the real world.
I get to regularly travel with work for a number of different events, and there is always something going on in the office, which is great to network with people from other areas of the business.
