  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work in Supply Chain dealing with customers orders, forecasting and liaising with the customer directly. I go to Customer Meetings weekly and in person meetings every quarter. I speak to commercial and planning teams to ensure the day-to-day requirements of the customer are met. This includes order management, ensuring all stock is delivered on time and in full.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme. I love working so closely with my cohort, we have built up such a great working relationship and are able to grow throughout our apprenticeship together. My line manager has also been a super help with all of this, I couldn't have asked for a better mentor when I joined.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very well structured. I go to University once every 3 months for block learning (4 day lecture block) and then have 2 follow up days to go over assignment briefs and progression with the module. The tutors are always available to help when suits me as an apprentice which is super helpful.

  • My support from the training provider is very well done. I have regular catch up's with my academic tutor and work based learning tutor who help me along my path throughout uni.
