  • I manage our learning management system, apprenticeship scheme, learner experience and governance and processes for CPD and SMCR.

  • I have only just started the programme, so it is early days, but I have learned more about organisational structures, the differences, and how these apply to different situations and organisations.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying the programme; it is great to learn new skills and expand my knowledge. It is also really beneficial to get the different experiences and perspectives from other learners on the programme.

  • The programme overview and structure look great, make sense and allows me to learn in a logical order.

  • Full support from my leader in providing me time to learn and also opportunities to learn from her and work to allow me to demonstrate the knowledge skjlls and behaviours.

  • Great support, regular 1:1 sessions as well as group sessions

  • Very confident that this will allow me to perform better in my role and also grow into a bigger role in the future.

  • Yes, regular social events, volunteering opportunities, lunch and learn sessions.

  • Embrace every opportunity. RSA has a vast variety of different role opportunities. You are actively encouraged to move around and grow. It's a great value-based people centric organisation. Lots of people have been at the company for over 25 years in various roles which goes to demonstrate how good an employer they are.
