I manage our learning management system, apprenticeship scheme, learner experience and governance and processes for CPD and SMCR.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have only just started the programme, so it is early days, but I have learned more about organisational structures, the differences, and how these apply to different situations and organisations.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am really enjoying the programme; it is great to learn new skills and expand my knowledge. It is also really beneficial to get the different experiences and perspectives from other learners on the programme.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme overview and structure look great, make sense and allows me to learn in a logical order.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Full support from my leader in providing me time to learn and also opportunities to learn from her and work to allow me to demonstrate the knowledge skjlls and behaviours.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Great support, regular 1:1 sessions as well as group sessions

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very confident that this will allow me to perform better in my role and also grow into a bigger role in the future.

Yes, regular social events, volunteering opportunities, lunch and learn sessions.
