    • As an audit assistant, I work with a wide range of clients to provide assurance on their financial accounts and improve their governance controls.

    • I have learned how to prepare and audit accounts. I have also improved my technical skills and behaviours during the programme.

    • This programme have been life changing!

    • The programme is very well structured over the course of 3 years. This helps me complete my audit qualification in time while having enough work experience.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

    • Crowe is very understanding of exam pressure, and would offer paid study leave to ensure exam success. They are also very helpful during exam failures, and the trainee team would help provide additional support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • Kaplan is very helpful. My talent coach especially is very understanding when I get busy, and would always suggest alternative solutions. She is also very knowledgeable in the necessary skills and behaviours and have provided me many resources.

    • My qualification helps me solidify my knowledge and improve my confidence.

    • Crowe provides weekly socials, netball/football society and a volunteering day.

    • Crowe UK is a great opportunity. I would recommend researching about the company's core values and our clients that we audit before applying!
