managing postmen and women to provide an excellent service to out customers
Yes, I have learnt about emotional intelligence, active listening, self awareness and many different leadership styles, techniques and models which I can utilise in my role.
very much so it was very informative and and has helped me to become a better leader, learning skills I can use to interact with my team
very well structured my favourite and most useful part of the learning had to be the virtual classrooms, interacting with other learners and discussing topics made it easier to learn and gather different opinions, perspectives.
I did receive support from my employer but due to the fast paced working environment that I work in, lack of managerial cover and resources it was difficult to get my allocated study time. I also worked in a challenging high impacting unit which made it more difficult.
A lot!! [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] my coach was a saviour he was always at hand to help and support me when I needed it. Fantastic experienced coach.
the qualification and learning has helped me to become a better leader by having a better understanding of different leadership styles and adapting to suit the needs of the team. Communication within my team has improved, morale is high and productivity has increased.
no not really. we attended internal events on progress and change but nothing more than that.
Yes
I love my job, leading my team. The fast paced working environment keeps me on my toes which keeps my job interesting.
Be prepared for change, the company is continuing to grow and develop in order to compete with other companies providing similar services to ours.
