I also focus on risk management, ensuring compliance, and building long-term relationships with clients for future growth.

  • on top of workshops to support the learning, I also received monthly 1 to 1 check in's where I was able to ask questions and get support on any topics related to the learning.

  • The qualification significantly enhances my performance in my role. It equips me with practical tools, strategic thinking, and leadership techniques that I apply daily. The real-world relevance of the content improves my decision-making and team management skills, making me more confident, effective, and proactive in tackling workplace challenges.

  • SAP has been a place of continuous growth during my tenure. I've been able to grow my network in the organisation while also grow my knowledge in SAP and project/programme management. On top of this, the benefits SAP provides in terms of learning has supported me throughout the process.
