    • I look after all apprentices on programme at Coop.

    • So many!! Sourcing data, cleansing it and transforming it.

    • It is an area that I am really interested in and increasing my knowledge will really help us drive our apprenticeship offer across the business.

    • Vert well, I would like a little more 1 on 1 coach support though.

    • So much, there is a teams group with data champions in I can seek support from.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • It's a well structured programme, but my lighter older brain is seeking a little more conversation as opposed on online self led support.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I will be able to interpret our data way better and make better decisions based on facts and trends.

    • I work from home, but there are lots of events at 1AS

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • Because it is such a supportive and inclusive place to work.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Co-op?

    • Make good use of the apprenticeship team, and never sit on an issue. There are lots of people to support.
