My current role is working within a lab formulating haircare products as well as researching new ingredients to use within products.

I have developed so many skills including working individually and within a team, problem solving and method development.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my programme as over the past four years I have developed personally and professionally and learnt skills I will carry through life with me.

Both in the workplace and the university the programme is well structured with lots of support available.

There is a lot of support from both my team but also the managers which is a positive.

The academics are always available by webinars and email and offer support when required.

My qualification has helped understand areas of my role better for example withy health and safety understanding how important it is

There are social activities within the workplace and some that take place outside. There is yoga available to employees and also proffesional networking is available.
