i’m an apprentice who at the moment does what a store assistant does helping customers ,stocking, tills etc
learned how to talk to customers ,learned how to become my best self, developed my confidence ,
i enjoy my promagramme quite a bit but could be a little better like doing different things every now and then not the same over again
my programme i would say is fairly organised
i receive support from my employer quite a lot letting me have the days i want off when i ask helping me inside the job role for advise etc
i receive a little advise but not as much as i’d want we only speak once a month and it’s only for less than an hour the learning side to my apprenticeship is probably the worst side of my job
he gives me advise on how to pass but don’t get much help if i’m being honest
no
Yes
it is a good place to work especially the pay just be careful if doing an apprenticeship could feel like a little waste of time
be ready for a graft
