Manage a team of 5, authorising purchase orders, expenses, managing departmental credit card and helping with compacted questions and ensuring financial rules and regulations are followed
I was a new manager when I was appointed. So everything I have learned regarding management has been new.
I have learned a lot of transferable skills in managing people. I feel this has given me so much more confidence.
The learning stage was very organised, the self learning has been a little disjointed but this has been for both personal and work commitment reasons

I have regular meetings, and I can email at anytime, most emails are responded to me quickly with helpful advice.
