  • Store Manager, this involves managing a site and its people to the business standard and vision. Managing business KPI’s.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes, we have a continuous Learning modules and developments within the business. With new technologies and processes. Currently completing my apprenticeship in CIPD also.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I’m enjoying the new learnings in people practices and having the confidence in my knowledge. The realisation of how much I already do, just never related it previously.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is structured and now I know the platform is easy to navigate. However at the start and new to learning platform I found it difficult to start with and some more tutorial at the beginning would have helped.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have had their fully support and I am really happy with this. My line manager has been available to me when I’ve needed them, I’ve also reached out to the taken and requisition team with queries and had a prompt response. I have also reached out to professionals as part of my assignments and had full support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have had support and one to ones. I have had a few issues with timely reposes to questions and emails. Follow up support as rarely been needed but when asked has been poor. I’ve had meetings moved several times and webinars cancelled.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Yes I would say it would. It’s giving me the confidence, research methods and methods of working to complete a future role in people practices.

  • Yes meetings and social outings.

  • The business is fully supportive, I’ve had several promotions and variety of work. The business culture and work packages are strong.

  • You need to put the work in, to reep the rewards.
