Yes, we have a continuous Learning modules and developments within the business. With new technologies and processes. Currently completing my apprenticeship in CIPD also.
I’m enjoying the new learnings in people practices and having the confidence in my knowledge. The realisation of how much I already do, just never related it previously.
It is structured and now I know the platform is easy to navigate. However at the start and new to learning platform I found it difficult to start with and some more tutorial at the beginning would have helped.
I have had their fully support and I am really happy with this. My line manager has been available to me when I’ve needed them, I’ve also reached out to the taken and requisition team with queries and had a prompt response. I have also reached out to professionals as part of my assignments and had full support.
I have had support and one to ones. I have had a few issues with timely reposes to questions and emails. Follow up support as rarely been needed but when asked has been poor. I’ve had meetings moved several times and webinars cancelled.
Yes I would say it would. It’s giving me the confidence, research methods and methods of working to complete a future role in people practices.
Yes meetings and social outings.
