Ensuting shelved are well stocked, following correct checkout procedures and ensuring a high quality of customer service throughout.
I now have cash handling experience, customer service experience, stock control experience and I am now a much more confident worker.
I receive a lot of support in learning new skills and processes and it makes me able to be confident in all my work.
I have regular meetings with my coach who helps support me through my written work.
It teaches me important business practices, relevant legislation and also helps me understand how to better conduct myself on a day to day basis.
