training to competently use the plant and equipment required to lay tarmac
when I started I learnt the foundations to laying tarmac but now I am at the end of this apprenticeship scheme I have learnt all of the detains that go into laying tarmac
I have enjoyed this scheme very much and its nice fitting into the gang comfortably because it makes working with everyone much easier when u see your co workers more then your family
its pretty organised cant fault it
if we need help on anything there is always someone u can contact for guidance
we receive as much information as they can possibly give us they are limited to what are can provide us but they try to work around it
I feel like it has helped a lot because when I first started I had no clue what went into tarmacking but after being on for a year my view on this job has completely changed
not that I know of but I wouldn't be a bad idea starting them
Yes
because its a job for life and your working outside seeing different places everyday.
