Community Investment Team, managing BA's charity partnerships, dealing with excess charity baggage and charity event management.
I have learnt and developed many skills in my role - managing stakeholders, communication, adaptability, confidence and more
I really enjoy the job role of the programme. The study work is interesting and helps me learn new skills that are relevant to my role.
Well organised. I believe the placements could be three 6 month placements and a 1 1/2 year long term placement to allow for more time in each role.
A lot of support from both the apprenticeship team if needed and especially my managers in the community team and my wider sustainability team.
I have only just started my new qualification but I have received a lot of support so far and my tutor is always available to contact.
Slightly better as I learn the more technical side of fundraising and from a smaller charity perspective, rather than corporate fundraising. However I believe the day-to-day learning from actually working is the most beneficial thing.
Socials with apprentices, BA football teams, team days.
