Having rotational placement areas has been of great benefit to both my learning and development. Depending on your role, operational and non-operational, you are guaranteed to have many exciting opportunities along your career journey. Including Networking activities and Forums, alongside extensive support and guidance from your managers and associates.
Project Management - Extended support has always been given by British Airways managers and Learning Providers to support your chosen career path. With this, comes a confidence boost where you continue to thrive in your rotational roles.
The program is an excellent chance to develop new and existing skills. Specifically within my role and project management, my favourite part about it is the variety offered and the support networks provided - which continues to enable both personal and professional career development.
The Business Professional program contains a very well structured learning approach and includes: - Weekly Study Days - Monthly Workshops - Regular 1:1 reviews with British Airways colleagues and the Learning Provider/s.
The support received from British Airways as an employer has been amazing. Regular 1:1 reviews has been something that I have personally found really helpful, alongside the dedication that all colleagues have to support apprentice success.
A lot of support is given by my Learning Provider to ensure that I am able to achieve goals and targets, both in Workshops and Study Days - in parallel to British Airways core values.
Support from my Learning Provider, with the chosen qualification, has been highly respectable. Any support received has always been benficial, especially whilst working towards my End Point Assessment and utilizing Project Management tools.
Volunteering Opportunities have been a massive part of the program at British Airways. These include, and not limited to the following: - Training courses - Charity events - Career events - Forums

British Airways is an amazing place to work. The skills that you will learn, the people that you will meet, and the amount that you will achieve (even within such a short timeframe) is off the scale and I will continue to promote the program to my friends and family.
Remain open-minded and take every opportunity that you can to network with others. Ensuring to ask for support whenever needed as you are guaranteed to learn new skills and knowledge whilst doing so.
